Eu fiz trâs pastas, COM UMA COVER LETTER DECICADA A CADA PASTA:
Sugestao: Colocar no envelope por fora: "Immediate Relative Family Based AOS Application"
Segue abaixo as listas.
Espero ter ajudado.

Name
I am in the US on a K1-Visa and I married a US Citizen within 90 days from my arrival. I do not have a specific date to travel to my home country. However my whole Brazilian family lives in Brazil, so the reason I am applying for a Travel Document is in case I need to travel to visit my family for a casual emergency during the time I am waiting for a Green Card.
